Telerx Celebrates National Customer Service Week 2011

As a member of the customer care community, Telerx is celebrating the 30th Annual National Customer Service Week. This year's theme - Refresh, Recharge and Reconnect - is a rallying cry to all service and support professionals to Refresh their spirit, Recharge their energy and passion for service, and Reconnect with valued coworkers and clients.
