Telerx is equally experienced in hosting and maintaining CRM platforms that leverage our Oracle Enterprise database management system and remotely accessing a variety of client systems. In each case, we partner with our client's internal IT group to ensure seamless integration of data across multiple sources.
Our contact center expertise allows us to offer additional cost-saving, efficiency-building functionality using CTI technology. Auto-populating data fields and access to alternate customer databases help us reduce or eliminate redundancy and manual data collection. Telerx primarily utilizes three commercial CRM software packages -- Siebel ePharma and CallCenter, Wilke-Thornton CRS and Astute PowerCenter. Telerx has many years' experience utilizing the Siebel platform and has partnered with Wilke-Thornton since 1993 with more than 17 client installations. Telerx has an Enterprise Agreement with Astute, establishing Telerx as Astute's premier outsource contact center partner -- with more than a dozen client installations and hosted services.
